This is my daily commute home on bike.
8.5 miles (8.1m in the morning, the route home is better lit). Average pace of 4.15 minutes per mile.
I didn't think it was possible to beat 4.25 due to all of the stoplights.
(see all those dips in the speed? Those are all stoplights, which can hold from 30 seconds to 120).
Will I be able to break 4 minute/mile average pace by April?
